Enjoy 40 miles of mixed terrain in an effort to raise funds for RR23.

This year's Rough Ride Gravel Challenge in aid of new our U23 Development Program. Supporting our small team of up and coming riders along their pathway to becoming future professionals. All funds from this event will directly benefit these athletes through providing equipment, coaching & support throughout the upcoming season.

This event, isn't really an event as such. It's simply a fantastic opportunity to test yourself on a pre-planned route of around 40 miles on the best mixed terrain than Cannock Chase & the surrounding areas of South Staffordshire & Shropshire have to offer.

The route is a single loop which at its furthest will take you approximately 20 miles from the Milford start point. The prioritises gravel and fire roads to create more enjoyable ride for all but also uses road and canal paths so there is something in everyone comfort zone.

Please be aware this is NOT a signposted event. You will be required to navigate your way around using the supplied GPX file.

This event is open to anybody & everyone but please be mindful that you are out at your own risk. Run & Ride take no responsibility for you & your bike when you are riding the route.

There’s a complementary coffee & cake (1 each per rider) back at the store for every finisher when your entry confirmation email is presented to one of our team at the time of ordering.

Basic information:

Basic ticket price is £5. This includes entry, the GPX route and one hot drink plus a piece of cake on your return.

There are other tickets available that include various donation amounts. Remember one ticket is one entry. If you're feeling generous please select a ticket with a donation amount included - our riders (and their parents) are really appreciative of any help you can offer.

One ticket = one entry.

GPX routes will be emailed to you closer to the event.

There’s no need to sign-on on the day, just get going when you are ready.

Our Milford store (Run & Ride) is the official end point.
